2026 ICAP Roadshow 3.0: The Next Chapter
ICAP’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 November 2026 in a hybrid format, allowing shareowners to attend either in person or online. At this meeting, shareowners will be asked to vote on special amendments to ICAP’s constitution. As these changes require a special resolution, they must be approved by at least 75% of the votes cast in order to pass.
